4th Annual Arctic C2, Cyber & IT Forum at JBER

Reach Pacific Command personnel by joining us as a sponsor or exhibitor at the 4th Annual Arctic C2, Cyber, and IT Forum set to take place at the Arctic Warrior Events Center (AWEC) - Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) - Elmendorf side of base on Thursday, June 3, 2027. The 4th Annual Arctic C2, Cyber & IT Forum at JBER brings together military and industry to explore the technologies and strategies shaping command and control in the Arctic operating environment. Through expert-led presentations and an interactive exhibit hall, attendees will gain insights into AI, cyber operations, secure communications, data integration, resilient networks, and IT modernization that enable decision advantage across contested and distributed environments. The forum provides a collaborative venue for sharing best practices, strengthening mission readiness, and connecting with leading technology providers supporting Arctic operations.

​The 4th Annual Arctic C2, Cyber, & IT Forum is being supported by the Signal Corps Regimental Association (SCRA) - Denali Chapter, Senior Leaders from the 59th Signal Battalion, and the 11th Airborne Division. 

​Connect with military cyber and IT professionals from the 59th Signal Battalion, 11th Airborne Division, U.S. Army Alaska (USARAK), Alaska Command (ALCOM), U.S Air Force (USAF), the 673rd Communications Squadron, the 611th Air Communications Squadron, the Alaska Army and Air National Guard, and other organizations supporting Arctic operations. More than 200 attendees participated in the 2026 forum.
