Guest Speaker Ms. Miranda Coleman (Invited) - Acting Capability Program Executive

Miranda Coleman presently serves as the acting capability program executive at U.S. Army Capbility Program Executive Enterprise Software and Services (CPE ES2). She is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for all acquistion, development and implementation policies and guidance across four project management offices that align with Army domains in the business mission area.

Before assuming her present position, Coleman served from September 2025 to January 2026 as acting deputy program executive officer at CPE ES2 - formerly known as Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise - helping oversee the portfolio and implement organizational changes mandated by Army acquisition reform.
