Government Efficiency Summit 2026

Government leaders are under enormous pressure to do more with less. Amid policy shifts, federal memos linking budget planning to performance outcomes, and the rapid adoption of new technologies such as AI and automation, agencies must rethink how they plan, budget, and operate.

The Government Efficiency Summit will showcase how these policies and initiatives are playing out across the government. Sessions will provide examples of agencies using technology to improve mission outcomes and improve government service delivery; highlight actual examples of AI in action at scale across government; discuss new rules of engagement for acquisition; and reveal insights from federal, state, and local leaders.
