Course will cover Constitutional requirements/applicability, exclusionary rule, vehicle stops, seizures of persons/contact levels, consensual encounter, Temporary Detention and arrests. Course will also cover searching people, places and vehicles incident to arrest, searching vehicles with probable cause, consent searches plain view seizures, inventories of seized and/or impounded properties.
