Family Day began in 1996 with approximately 3,200 attendees and has grown each year. The event kicks off at 9 AM with opening remarks by the DLA Director. Event activities include morning 5k fun run/walk, rock climbing wall, face painting, caricature portraits, inflatable bouncy houses, pony rides, sand art, train rides, obstacle course, and more!
