DIA TECHINT 2026 is the Intelligence Community’s annual technical intelligence conference, focused this year on Counter‑Directed Energy Weapons (C‑DEW). Building on prior DEW/C‑DEW community engagements, TECHINT 2026 provides a forum to educate and inform government civilian and military, academic, and industry partners on the current threat landscape, ongoing research, and emerging opportunities across the DEW and C‑DEW mission areas. The conference is designed as a presentation‑centric event featuring briefings from subject matter experts on the state of the community and the trending directions of DEW/C‑DEW. TECHINT 2026 is co-sponsored by the DIA, AFCEA, and the US MASINT Foundation.
