AFCEA International

AFCEA is a professional association that connects people, ideas and solutions globally. We do that by developing networking and educational opportunities and providing them worldwide in an ethical manner. This enables military, government, industry and academia to align technology to meet the needs of those who serve in critical areas, which include defense, security, cyber and intelligence. As a member-based, nonprofit 501(c)6 organization, we have a long history of encouraging innovation and advancing technology to ensure preparedness and security. We officially formed in 1946, but our organizational roots trace back to the Civil War. The association includes individual members and corporate members, and AFCEA's international regional chapter network helps members build networks, grow relationships and expand opportunities. AFCEA members and constituents include professionals in military, government, industry and academia.

As the threat of quantum computing-enabled decryption looms, the DOD must proactively adopt cryptographic solutions that secure its most sensitive data for decades to come. The Cloudflare One PQC solution offers an immediate and practical path to securing networks against future quantum attacks without compromising today's performance.

Explore Cloudflare's approach to implementing hybrid PQC across its global network, directly addressing the complex security and connectivity needs of the DOD. During this webinar you will learn how Cloudflare One PQC provides a comprehensive suite of security and performance services, including:
  • Quantum-Resistant Zero Trust: Integrating PQC into Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Secure Web Gateway (SWG) to ensure long-term data confidentiality.
  • Hybrid Encryption Deployment: A strategic, phased approach using both classical and post-quantum algorithms to mitigate current and future risks simultaneously.
  • Performance at the Edge: Leveraging Cloudflare's low-latency global network to deliver quantum-safe connections without noticeable performance degradation.
  • Compliance Readiness: Supporting the DOD in meeting future mandates for cryptographic migration, ensuring a smooth transition to a quantum-safe environment.
The session will include a technical overview of how Cloudflare successfully deployed PQC in a way that minimizes disruption and simplifies adoption for DOD agencies. You'll leave with a clear understanding of the operational and security benefits of adopting Cloudflare One PQC to future-proof their network infrastructure and strengthen their cybersecurity posture in alignment with current and future DOD mandates.

Defending the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) requires more than collecting data. It requires turning that data into timely, mission-relevant decisions. As cyber, network and OT systems generate growing volumes of telemetry, many DoD organizations still face fragmented tools, delayed insights and limited operational visibility.

Join Major General Ed Wilson and Elastic’s Public Sector National Security Leader Sean MacKirdy for an executive fireside on modernizing Defensive Cyber Operations at scale with an Agentic approach to Security Operations. Learn how to drive greater unity across the cyber toolset, create a unified operational picture across IT and OT and support continuous mission assurance across hybrid and disconnected environments. Walk away with practical strategies to strengthen cyber defense and operate at mission speed through the deployment of an Agentic SOC.
