Over a three-day period TWICS includes 40 major speakers and expert breakout sessions, training sessions, and an open exhibit hall filled with industry, government and academia booths. Speakers are being invited from the Pentagon to the tactical unit providing a full spectrum of topic engagement.

As the nation’s first Senate-confirmed National Cyber Director and longtime Deputy Director of the NSA, Mr. Inglis has shaped how the United States secures and defends its digital future. His decades of leadership, integrity, and mentorship embody the values the Baker Award was created to honor.
