Federal science, research, and mission-driven agencies face unique emergency management challenges that require rapid field response, specialized expertise, reliable data capture and strict regulatory compliance—often in unpredictable and hazardous environments.
While many emergency management tools focus on coordination and communication, they frequently fall short when it comes to executing, tracking, and auditing field operations. This session explores how ServiceNow’s Field Service Management (FSM) solution can serve as an operational backbone for emergency management by translating emergency plans into structured, executable, and auditable field activities.
Attendees will learn how FSM supports preparedness, response, and recovery by enabling rapid incident activation, skill-based dispatch, real-time situational awareness and compliant documentation—while integrating seamlessly with broader incident and crisis management workflows.
