Federal News Radio Online Chat: Ask the CIO with HHS' Frank Baitman



Frank Baitman, chief information officer at the Department of Health and Human Services, joins Federal News Radio's Executive Editor Jason Miller for a free online chat to discuss Baitman's IT priorities around cloud computing and mobility, as well as how he’s supporting the office of the future with IT.

Frank Baitman became HHS CIO in February 2012. In this role, Baitman oversees HHS’s implementation of key health IT laws, as well as the modernization of the agency’s technology infrastructure.

 

Baitman has also served as CIO of the Social Security Administration and was part of the entrepreneur-in-residence program at the Food and Drug Administration. Baitman has also held positions in the private sector. 

 

During each chat, participants are given the opportunity to interact directly with the invited federal executives by submitting questions and comments to be addressed during the event. Questions can also be submitted in advance by emailing Jason Miller, who will moderate the chat.
