The Department of Homeland Security/Infrastructure Protection in coordination with the Regional Consortium Coordinating Council (RC3) and the State, Local, Tribal and Territorial Government Coordinating Council (SLTTGCC) presents a Joint Critical Infrastructure Partnership (JCIP) Webinar Series: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV)/Drones...Hovering Friends or Foes?With the growing opportunities and concerns around the use of UAV /Drones across the United States, organizations in both government and the private sector are working to better understand and utilize this emerging technology to address day-to-day operational issues; deter threats from bad characters; and create better policy and leverage experiences, best practices and investments in the future.The final topic in the series will focus on UAV/Drone Policy, Barriers and Recommendations and will include panelists from the government and private sector. The Webinar will be followed by participant Q&A and open discussion.
