SubCon Training Workshops (California)

NCMA’s new SubCon Training Workshops (SubCon) event is designed to provide targeted subcontracting training by industry and government instructors and practitioners. We held the first SubCon in March 2017 in Dulles, Virginia, and it was a huge success, so we’re bringing it to the west coast for round two!

SubCon consists of two concurrent full-day workshops. Choose to attend one of the following:

• WORKSHOP A—SUBCONTRACT PROPOSAL SUPPORT - Training in the preparation required to support proposal activities.
• WORKSHOP B—SUBCONTRACT COMPLIANCE - Training in government compliance topics and requirements.

Industry procurement professionals and managers from small- and mid-sized businesses will benefit from topics in both workshops, such as teaming arrangements, compliance requirements, and leading and interacting with teams and organizations.

Government buyers and program managers will learn the requirements the government places on subcontractors, prime contractor responsibilities, and government responsibilities when subcontracts are involved.
