On October 1, 2021, President Biden issued a statement on Cybersecurity Awareness Month. He referenced the May 12 EO 14028 on Improving the Nation's Cybersecurity and said, "Both the public and private sectors have a role to play in strengthening cybersecurity, which is why we also issued a National Security Memorandum outlining the cybersecurity practices that responsible owners and operators of critical infrastructure should put in place and brought together leading American executives to expand public-private cooperation on cybersecurity."  Deadlines in implementing the EO are being met and companies doing business with the federal government will need to be aware of new regulations and standards in order to comply.

Courses offered at the Cybersecurity Institute are constantly updated with the latest information on regulations and rules. We'll equip you with a solid understanding of the latest complicated and sometimes contradictory laws and regulations and teach you how to protect your systems/organization. Government contracting and legal professionals will gain a strong knowledge baseline for critical organizational assignments in strategic operational planning, proactive measures, deterrence initiatives in cybersecurity, and immediate application on the job and in practice.

Participants who attend all five course days will be awarded a Cybersecurity in Government Contracting Certificate.

Attend all five days or choose the courses/days that best meet your objectives. Immerse yourself in topics such as:

  • Cloud contracting
