Recognized for her ability to bridge regulatory knowledge with strategic business solutions, Margaret has driven multimillion-dollar duty savings initiatives, streamlined compliance operations, and led high-performing teams in both corporate and consulting settings.
In her role as Compliance Director for a Customs Brokerage firm, she developed internal training, documented procedures, managed the CTPAT program and validations, and monitored evolving trade regulations to keep internal teams and customers informed, including contributing content to newsletters, social media, website page development, and direct customer consultations. Additionally, in this role, she managed the Consulting Services, where she helped companies build trade compliance programs, including compliance audits, customized compliance manuals, and targeted training programs.
