Preparing for the Autonomous Enterprise: What ServiceNow Otto Means

ServiceNow Otto has opened the AI front door, and it is ready the day it is switched on — the question is whether your organization is. Otto unifies Moveworks, Now Assist and AI Agents into a single conversational layer over the ServiceNow AI Platform, but it only delivers real value once a function has climbed past stage three of the maturity curve. Today, most enterprises have only gotten IT there; HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Facilities and Health & Safety still sit at ad hoc or manual.

In this session, Crossfuze walks through the four pillars of AI readiness — data, workflows, AI and governance and shows you how to score your own functions in ten minutes, while mapping the two pathways that close the gap. We will also decode what Otto actually does to your commercial model, because AI consumption is now metered against a per-seat assist pool and readiness has become a cost-control issue before your next renewal.

What will be covered:

• What Otto actually is — the three products (Moveworks, Now Assist & AI Agents) and four layers (experience, data, execution & governance) now sitting behind one front door and what changes for your users on day one.
•  The readiness gap — the five-stage maturity curve, why Otto stalls below stage three and an honest look at where IT sits versus every other business function.
• A 10-minute self-assessment — twelve statements across data, workflows, AI and governance that let you score one function out of 24 and place it on the curve before you commit budget.
• Two pathways to autonomous operations — Autonomous IT (ITSM-CMDB-ITOM-ITAM-SPM-Now Assist-Autonomous Workforce) and Business Re-Invention (Core Business Suite across HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Facilities and H&S) and how to pick.
