Stop Harvest Now, Decrypt Later: Build Your First Quantum Shield Today
This event qualifies for:
The quantum threat isn’t just a future concern. Adversaries can collect encrypted data today through Harvest Now, Decrypt Later (HNDL) attacks, preserving sensitive information until quantum computing capabilities make today’s encryption vulnerable.
Agencies cannot afford to wait until their entire post-quantum cryptography migration is complete to protect sensitive data in transit.
During this webinar, attendees joined pQCee and Thales to learn how organizations can establish an immediate layer of quantum-safe protection for existing VPN infrastructure while continuing their broader cryptographic discovery and PQC migration efforts.
This session explored how pQCee QKDLite, integrated with Thales Luna HSM, creates a Quantum Key Infrastructure that supplements existing IPsec VPN connections with automatically generated and refreshed out-of-band Post-Quantum Preshared Keys (PPKs). The approach incorporates NIST PQC standards, FIPS 140 protection, CNSA 2.0 requirements and Quantum Random Number Generation (QRNG), while providing a path toward future Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) networks.
Attendees learned how to begin building a practical defense-in-depth quantum-safe architecture today, without waiting for their complete PQC migration.
