Carahsoft Air Force Day 2026

Carahsoft invites you to join us for Air Force Day at Carahsoft, an engaging, full-day discussion focused on the mission, technology, acquisition and funding priorities shaping the Department of the Air Force.

The event will bring together DAF leaders, industry experts, technology partners and Carahsoft teams to examine how current mandates and budget realities are influencing near-term modernization efforts and FY execution priorities. Discussions will connect DAF’s evolving requirements with the technologies, acquisition strategies and industry capabilities needed to move initiatives from planning to implementation.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Hear directly about DAF modernization priorities, including major mandate shifts, the current budget environment and FY execution goals.
• Explore key enterprise technology initiatives.
• Examine evolving cybersecurity requirements.
• Understand the acquisition and funding landscape, with discussion of DAF contract vehicles, color-of-money considerations, funding timelines and strategies for moving emerging technology requirements toward funded contracts and ATO approvals.
• Engage with DAF and industry stakeholders through expert-led discussions, an open-floor cross-functional SME panel and dedicated networking opportunities.

• Open discussion on the  impact of the Department of War recent instruction establishing department-wide policy, responsibilities and procedures for modernizing and managing software to accelerate the delivery of warfighting capabilities.

The event is designed to move beyond individual technology discussions and provide partners with a clearer view of where DAF priorities are heading, how those priorities are being funded and acquired, and where industry can align its capabilities to support execution.

We hope you’ll join us for a day of substantive discussion, direct engagement and networking across the DAF technology ecosystem.
