Networking like a leader is built on more than what you know—it's also shaped by the relationships you cultivate. Whether you're launching your career, growing professionally, leading a team, or expanding your business, intentional networking can open doors, strengthen your influence, and create opportunities that might never happen otherwise.

This engaging and interactive session takes a fresh look at networking as a leadership skill rather than a transactional activity. Participants will learn practical strategies for building authentic relationships, communicating with purpose, and creating meaningful connections that lead to long-term personal and professional success. Instead of focusing on collecting business cards or making quick introductions, this session explores how intentional networking helps you build trust, increase your visibility, and become someone others want to connect with and support.

What You'll Learn

• Connect with purpose: Build authentic relationships that create mutual value.
• Stay top of mind: Learn effective follow-up strategies that turn first conversations into lasting connections.
• Lead through your presence: Make the most of conferences, career fairs, community events, and professional gatherings to expand your network and increase your influence.

Whether you're new to networking or looking to elevate your approach, you'll leave with practical tools and actionable strategies to build confidence, grow your network with intention, and create relationships that support your personal and professional goals.
