This course provides Delegation of Procurement Authority Training for GSA's 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT services. The training defines GSA GWACs, identifies the features and benefits of the 8(a) STARS III GWAC, provides an understanding of 8(a) STARS III ordering procedures and outlines responsibilities of ordering contracting officers.

Please note: This training is limited to Federal/Military personnel.

GSA will be conducting training for all Federal Acquisition Services (FAS) Non-MAS vendors on the Sales Reporting Portal (SRP) module.

The training will provide guidance to Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract holders, including Polaris and Alliant 3, and Multiple Award Contract (MAC) contract holders under OASIS+, on reporting sales for awarded task orders. This training is for Non-MAS contract holders only.

Who Should Attend:

All federal users including contracting officers, program office officials, managers, andexecutive staff are invited to participate in these complimentary webinars to learn how the VETS 2 GWAC can support their agency IT project initiatives. Warranted contracting officers must complete this training before requesting a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA), which will authorize them to issue orders against the VETS 2 GWAC. Participants will receive one Continuous Learning Point (CLP) for attending this training. This webinar is not open to contractors.
