With increased power demand, rise of nuclear power plant plans across the region, incorporation of more varied energy sources to generate electricity, development of more complex city plans with integrated utility networks within the infrastructure and rapid urbanization bringing populations closer to plants, process safety is becoming an increasing important topic for the power and utility sector.

IQPC is pleased to announce its first Process Safety for Power and Utilities event, held on 26-29 January 2014 in Dubai, UAE.

This will be a dedicated event addressing the parameters, requirements, business strategies, and execution techniques and technologies needed for successful process safety implementation in power and utility industry.

The Process Safety for Power and Utilities eventwill be addressing key PSM implementation challenges and how to overcome them through incident case studies. The summit will also focus on functional and operational PSM, leading and lagging indicators, key regulation updates and new software and systems which can enhance your PSM programme.
