With Records Management part of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, Electronic Records Management (ERM), Records and Information have come to be managed within the context of Enterprise Content Management (ECM). A key element of ECM is the integrating of business processes and information management applications within the agency. Records management now integrates with document management, case file management, workflow management, database management potentially many other applications.

This conference will present an overview of current NARA policies and include practical information and advice on how to make this happen.
