Orion and the Command of Naval Station Mayport are sponsoring a hiring event through our Partnership with the Joining Forces initiative.

Don't miss this opportunity to interview junior enlisted military talent transitioning from the US Navy. You will have access to transitioning Sailors with discipline, outstanding work ethic, and relocation paid for by the military.

This is NOT a job fair where you may spend all day meeting hundreds of candidates without making any hires. This is a professional hiring event where you will have a scheduled line-up of between 10 and 40 candidates to interview in a private and professional setting. These candidates will be pre-screened, qualified, and suitably matched for your positions.

Our Candidates:

• Enlisted E-3 to E-6 Sailors and NCOs preparing for an Honorable Discharge from the Navy.
• Strong operational leaders and team players with outstanding work ethic and a track record of success.
• Strong desire to begin a civilian career, realistic salary expectations, and accustomed to shift work.
• Seeking careers throughout the nation in Operations, Sales, and Production.
• Available to begin working in the next 4 months, with paid relocation.
