USDA Cyber Security Summit 2010

The Federal Business Council is proud to be hosting the 1st Annual United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) 2010 Cyber Security Summit & Expo at the Washington Convention Center.

Themed Building the Foundation to Safeguard USDA Information and Digital Assets, the Summit will provide participants with information and resources on today’s vulnerabilities, incidents, security lifecycle, risks and mitigations. It will also identify ways everyone can work together to build a solid security foundation program to meet future challenges and trends in cyber security.

The IT Security Expo will focus on security threats and vulnerabilities, increased awareness, and discussions of the defensive capabilities available. This Expo will occur concurrently with the USDA IT Security Conference providing exhibitors the opportunity to network with government personnel, including all USDA regions, and industry partners to discuss critical issues. Exhibiting company representatives may attend sessions (space permitting).

USDA expects high attendance at this event to include senior executives, chief information officers (CIOs), information systems security program managers (ISSPMs), personnel from the USDA workforce, and Federal and industry partners.
