Speaker and Presenter Information

Winvale’s Director of Professional Services, Brian Stacy, was previously the Manager of Consulting and the Principal Consultant at Numara/BMC Software for six years. During that time he personally developed ITSM Best Practices which were utilized in all of their service management solutions. He also personally trained both Numara/BMC and partner consultants, passing along both his broad product expertise and service management best practice acumen. A mentor to dozens of Service Desk consultants, Brian has conducted over 250 service desk optimization engagements around the world, and personally supervised the largest and most complex accounts during his time with Numara/BMC. His personally developed consulting courseware and certification protocols set the standard for the helpdesk and service management industry used today in both the public and private sector.

 

Bill Roberts is a Senior Software Consultant for BMC Software specializing in ITSM and Automation Solutions for the Federal Government. Bill has over 10 years’ experience in the IT industry across a broad spectrum of technologies, platforms, and applications.  Bill has held or currently holds IT management certifications from HDI, a Secret Clearance with the US Government, and is ITIL verified. 

Bill has worked in technical support, implementation consulting, project management, and Sales Engineering positions prior to working for BMC Software. In 2008, Bill started working in the Professional Services department at Numara Software as a Senior Implementation Consultant and Engagement Manager providing on-site and remote consultative services. A year later, Bill transitioned to the Field Sales Engineer Position and is continues working as a Software Consultant for Federal Government customers.
