Social Security Administration Annual Small Business Procurement Conference



The Social Security Administration is hosting its Annual Small Business Procurement Conference. We are providing an environment to educate and promote the utilization of small and disadvantaged businesses as contractors to buyers and government program officials. The conference will include a guest speaker that is a nationally recognized advocate for veteran entrepreneurs, informative workshops, exhibitors, and a matchmaking session. The conference will also be well attended by government officials from several agencies and procurement representatives.

BECOME AN EXHIBITOR

Become an exhibitor (industry and government) to market your products / services to procurement representatives from government agencies and major prime contractors. Exhibitor Registration Fee includes an exhibitor table top space, two chairs, and registration for one (1) company representative.

Exhibitor Setup Schedule: June 12thfrom 7:00 – 8:00 am. Exhibit area will be closed during the opening plenary from 8:30 - 10:00 am. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

MATCHMAKING SESSION

Participate in our matchmaking session. Appointments are in 15 minute increments with a five minute break in between each appointment. Each company is limited to 3 appointments with buyers related to their NAICS code to ensure the best match and maximum participation by small business attending event.

 

PARTICIPATING BUYERS LIST POSTED SOON!

 

Appointments will be removed if more than three (3) appointments are scheduled by each company. YOU MUST BE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS.

 

SECURITY PROCEDURES
Only pre-registered attendees will be given access to the facility. Online registration will be the ONLY method for ensuring attendance. NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. Registration closes on June 10th at 12:00 am.

IDENTIFICATION CARD
All registrants must have a government picture identification card to enter the building.
