Building work requires you getting work. This class will provide you with the basic tools in the proposal process—from finding prime contractors to sending in the quotes and Subcontract Agreement and Attachments. The Class will cover the following:

• Responsible Bidding Practices
• Standard Subcontract Agreement and Attachments
• Federal Compliance
• Manson Standard Insurance Requirements.

Presentations also provided by WSDOT, Washington PTAC, Native PTAC and GSA.
