Dawn Leaf, the Labor Department's deputy chief information officer, joins Federal News Radio for a free online chat.
Leaf will discuss Labor's priorities around IT modernization, data center consolidation and cybersecurity.
Leaf will take part in the chat immediately after her appearance on Federal News Radio's Ask the CIO radio program.
Leaf has been deputy CIO at the Labor Department since November 2012. Before coming to Labor, Leaf worked as a senior adviser for cloud computing at the National Institute of Standards and Technology for more than two years. She also served as deputy CIO and chief technology officer at the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security, CTO at the Smithsonian Institution, and was the manager of system architecture for the Patent and Trademark Office.
