2015 Armament Small Arms Forum

Small Arms Systems have been and will continue to be a focus of the asymmetric conflicts in which the U.S. and allied forces are engaged. Engaging terrorist forces from MOUT to the open battlefield American Forces – both military and law enforcement alike- require state of art equipment including enablers for engagements 24/7. The 2015 Armament Small Arms Forum will focus on areas ranging from incremental enhancements to legacy small arms systems to enabling technologies and systems such as sights, fire control and range finders to use of digitization and robotics to ensure battlefield superiority. The Forum agenda seeks to bring government and industry, manufacturers, and users together for collaboration supporting the Small Arms Community. The networking and sharing of common objectives confirm the partnership of government and industry working together particularly in times of constrained budgets and shifting priorities to maintain capability superiority for our soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines.
