Workshop addresses key issues for government managers and staff for the successful management of electronic records today:  E-discovery requests, stubborn cultural issues, grappling with the variety of web content, the working relationship between records managers and IT, enduring collections of paper records, and groundbreaking work in e-records management. 

Workshop will also present an overview of current NARA policies and include practical information to help agencies improve their records management program.
