ACT-IAC General Membership Meeting



Please join us for our first ACT-IAC General Membership Meeting of the new year on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center, 775 12th Street NW, Washington, DC 20005.
 
ACT-IAC spearheaded an energetic dialogue at the Executive Leadership Conference spotlighting government's cross agency priority goal of providing world class service to its customers.  On November 25, 2014, the ACT-IAC Planning and Architecture Shared Interest Group published the "Life Events - Connecting Citizens to Services" White Paper developing the case for a citizen-centered framework and approach to improving public services.  Join us at the next ACT-IAC Membership meeting, as our panel continues the dialogue with a discussion of "The Customer Revolution is Here".
 
Agencies, such as the General Services Administration, Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Veterans' Affairs, Social Security Administration and Department of Education’s - Federal Student Aid, provide highly visible customer service to expansive sectors of our nation.
