BIDs™: IT Services at USPTO

What is the BIDs™ Working Group?
A facilitated information-gathering and sharing opportunity to foster situational awareness and relationships in support of the identification, pursuit and capture of government contracts and subcontracts.

What will be discussed during this BIDs™ meeting?
Thanks to our friends at Applied Technical Systems for hosting this month's BIDs Working Group meeting! You should attend this meeting if your company is currently or interested in doing business with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the area of information technology services.  This session will include:

  • an overview of the PTO organization
  • current strategic objectives and challenges
  • related procurements and projects
  • participation opportunities for small federal contractors

Our presenter, Kurt Farber, is the program manager leading ATS's efforts at USPTO. Since the beginning of FY2013, ATS has captured nearly ten million dollars in contracts with USPTO who is not their largest government customer. Additionally, other members doing business at USPTO have indicated they will have information and opportunities to share during the meeting. Don't miss it!
