Developing an Effective Culture for Government Contractor

Join Access National Bank and W J Technologies LLC for a luncheon seminar on developing an effective culture for government contractors at the Tower Club in Tysons Corner, VA.

There is a culture that is essential to be a successful government contractor. It goes beyond policies and procedures, ethics programs and hotlines. It determines how your company is structured, and how employees interact with each other, with suppliers, and with your customer. It ultimately determines your company’s success.

  • How do you know you are working at a government contractor?
  • When you assign your employee a task, his first response is, “What is the charge number?”

Learn the best practice from Steven L. Shamlian, Director of Government Contracting Industry Practice at Watkins|Meegan, a division of CohnReznick about:

The importance of having a culture of compliance at a government contractor

  • How to make a culture of compliance:
