ComDef Priorities and Requirements Conference 2015

Building on the successful ComDef 2014, where 35 nations participated with the United States in a lively and informative presentation and Q&A format, ComDef returns to Washington, DC in the Springtime to provide further insight, discussions and networking for government, military, academia and industry with a more strategic emphasis. The goals for the upcoming ComDef are as follows:-

Understand how US DoD Policy is generated and implications for each Service.
What are the key drivers and external factors for developing the policy?
How are policy precepts driven to the budget?
If commercial technology R&D now outspends defense R&D, how will defense procurement barriers to entry be addressed?
Is the industrial base now global and what are the implications?
What are the government initiatives to aid exporting?
