Governing will host the first-ever Pennsylvania Leadership Forum on October 21 in Harrisburg. The Leadership Forum will convene thought leaders and experts from around the nation and across the state to discuss the visionary and practical aspects of leadership. Management skills applicable to every state and local government official will be shared and current issues facing Pennsylvania will be reviewed.
