11th Annual AAFEA Training Workshop

More than 60% of current Senior Executive Service members in the federal government are eligible for retirement, creating opportunities for those who aspire to these highest career positions.

AAFEA is dedicated to preparing GS-13 to GS-15 employees for SES positions, while also providing a forum for current African American SES to network and share lessons learned. Join us at our Annual SES Training Conference, which will focus on Executive Core Qualification #5: Building Coalitions.

The conference fee is eligible for agency training dollars using Standard Form-182.
