Navy Energy Forum (NDIA #1600)
Join Navy Task Force Energy and NDIA for the Navy Energy Forum.
The theme, "Seapower Repowered: Energy as a Force Multiplier and Strategic Resource," emphasizes the importance of energy to the warfighter for enhanced combat capability. The conference will bring together Navy, defense, federal, and industry leaders.
Building on a year of progress toward the Secretary of the Navy's energy goals, speakers and panelists will focus on issues such as energy efficiency in acquisition, critical paths for technology, alternative fuels, grid security, and culture change. The agenda will include a presentation of the Navy Energy Vision. Participants are encouraged to sign up for space in the display hall alongside Task Force Energy working groups.
