The conference will kick-off on Wednesday, November 16, with an Opening Plenary Sessionfeaturing a moderated panel with leaders from the Army, Navy and Air Force and other government agencies in a moderated panel to discuss where the relationship between government agencies and small businesses is headed in the future.
