Consequences of the 2016 Election Cycle
This webinar will cover the results of the 2016 elections, at both the presidential and congressional levels. It will present an analysis of the members of Congress leaving office and of new, incoming congressional members. Additionally, the makeup of the congressional committees relevant to the drinking water sector will be reviewed. A preview of the new administration, its goals, and the likely policy issues relevant to the drinking water sector will also be presented, and AWWA policy priorities will be discussed.
