DTIC 2011 Fall Workshop

Building on the success of the 2010 conference, the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), premier provider of information for the defense community, will host its 37th Annual Conference themed DTIC: Your Authoritative Source of Defense Information for the Front Line and the Homeland. The 2011 event will address DTIC's role as the Department of Defense (DoD) technical information broker. Speakers from government, private industry, and DTIC will address evolving information technologies.

Once again, the event will feature government and industry exhibitors demonstrating and discussing the latest information services and technology. The conference agenda is built to allow exhibitors maximum time with conference attendees.

DTIC 2011 will bring together information professionals from the science, technology, acquisition, and research and development communities who create, disseminate and use DoD scientific, research, and engineering information.

The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) serves the DoD community as the largest central resource for DoD and government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business related information available today. For more than 60 years, DTIC has provided the warfighter and researchers, scientists, engineers, laboratories, and universities timely access to over 2 million publications covering over 250 subject areas.
