Speaker Bio: In his capacity as Deputy Director, Arthur Huber serves as advisor and subject matter expert for test and evaluation and flight operations to the Director and Laboratory Commander. He leads a 14-member team responsible for the planning, approval, and safe execution of multi-million dollar R&D portfolio that includes over 50 active flight test programs each year.
