FEMP FTU05: Energy Performance Contracting: Tools for Success

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) will present a new First Thursday Update webinar, Energy Performance Contracting: Tools for Success, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm ET on March 2, 2017.

The First Thursday Update will introduce cutting-edge web-based tools and user-friendly software that make matching project financing options, including Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs), Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESCs), and Renewable Energy Procurement (REP), with energy and water conservation opportunities easier and more efficient. In collaboration with other federal agencies, FEMP makes open-access tools available at no charge, including templates, software, calculators, relational data sets, and databases for powerful applications and results. The instructors for this First Thursday Update are Kurmit Rockwell, Dept. of Energy FEMP, Thomas Hattery, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Elizabeth Stewart, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and Phil Coleman, Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory.

Webinar registrants will learn to:

  • Select energy service companies effectively using ESCO Selector
