Close Air Support Summit

The US Armed Force’s close air support operations and capabilities are currently going through a significant transition period. The ageing and costly (yet highly capable) A-10 Warthog is becoming a burden on the U.S. Air Force’s budgets. Leading decision makers in the Pentagon and on the Hill are defining plans, polices and potential procurements necessary to deliver a cost effective capability.

With multiple options on the table, CAS 2017 provides an exceptional forum for the domestic and international community to gather to discuss current and future close air support operations, requirements and capabilities to define the road ahead.

The summit will bring together 125+ Secretaries, Policy Makers, Chiefs of Staff, Operational Commanders, Program Executive Officers and Industry Directors from across the USA and NATO Nations to discuss the challenges and success shaping close air support for the current dynamic world of conflict and into the future.
