Mr. Lieberman has more than 40 years combined experience working in and around government contracting. He started this course based on an article he wrote on this topic for which he received the National Contract Management Association's Charles J. Delaney Memorial Award for Most Outstanding Article in Contract Management magazine. Mr. Lieberman is also an adjunct at the George Washington University Law School, where he teaches Government Contracts Advocacy, a former adjunct assistant University Professor at the University of Maryland, and an instructor at Thomson-Reuters Federal Publications.
