Delaney Memorial Award for Most Outstanding Article in Contract Management magazine. Mr. Lieberman is also an adjunct at the George Washington University Law School, where he teaches Government Contracts Advocacy, a former adjunct assistant University Professor at the University of Maryland, and an instructor at Thomson-Reuters Federal Publications.
