Air Mission Planning 2011

INTERFACING. INTEROPERABILITY. SYSTEMS. SOLUTIONS.

Defence IQ is delighted to announce its inaugural Air Mission Planning conference, set to take place between the 28th February and March 1st 2011. Air Mission Planning systems remain the backbone of both naval air and air operations around the globe against a backdrop of the ever growing need for uniformity of applications within joint operations.

After years of investment in programmes such as the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) in the U.S., the air mission planning systems industry is enjoying significant attention and continues to develop exponentially. Suffice to say, it is important to stay abreast of the technological advances within the air mission planning framework.

Entering its first year, Air Mission Planning 2011 promises a well balanced speaker panel comprising of both senior experts and military personnel. The agenda will address key developments in the fields of interoperability, multi-level planning and joint planning systems, whilst also assessing the operational performance and requirement initiatives behind the development of these facets. In 2011, we aim to cover:

High level requirement and procurement processes and plans:

Hear detailed future requirements and wing replacement plans from key decision makers and budget holders

Key programme insights and updates:

Ensure that you stay fully informed on the major software and hardware upgrades and enhancements shaping the air mission planning landscape, including the latest developments from the major US programme- JMPS

Operational feedback from key strategic areas:

Benefit from first hand experience in addressing the key operational issues faced by global air forces from NATO and beyond
