To Bid or Not To Bid? Why a Bid/No Bid Strategy is Important. [#B2GEDU]

To Bid or Not To Bid? That is the question, right?

Actually, the question is "To Respond or Not To Respond?" since this session will also cover if/how/why you should respond to Sources Sought Notices, Requests For Information (RFI), Requests For Quotations (RFQ) and Requests For Proposals (RFP) and how to ensure submission of  a response that best supports organizational goals and objectives.

To Bid or Not To Bid? will help attendees understand how and why government agencies leverage these solicitation methods and what these activities mean to prospective bidders/respondents. Attendees will be provided information for applying a decision process that entails reviewing multiple pieces of information to include (but definitely not limited to): response date; issuing office; description of goods/services or information requested; evaluation criteria the government will use to determine the most compliant, best-priced or best-valued response to support their requirement(s); place and period of performance and often overlooked, relationship with the customer organization.
