Joint Women's Leadership Symposium

The Joint Women's Leadership Symposium (JWLS) is an annual symposium and the largest gathering of women in uniform in the nation. Hosted by the Sea Service Leadership Association, the symposium has become a preeminent professional development event dedicated to providing women serving in the Department of Defense and Coast Guard-- civilian, officer, enlisted, and cadets.

This year's theme will focus on "The Power Within You" and will feature discussion forums, Q & A panels, practical workshops, and speaker spotlights. JWLS will be held on June 21-22, 2018 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA.
