How to Tackle Government Transformation: Finding Common Ground with Your Stakeholders



As you may know Federal agencies are being asked to streamline and restructure to improve outcomes and drive efficiency into service delivery, many Federal leaders are rising to the occasion to champion change and drive transformation. Career leaders from across the Federal government are responding to the call for reform and are developing best practices and lessons learned in leading government reform. 

 

Please join the National Academy of Public Administration and Management Concepts on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the St. Regis Hotel for a forum entitled “How to Tackle Government Transformation: Finding Common Ground with Your Stakeholders”.
