Industry Day - International Intelligence/C4ISR Training

The Air Force Security Assistance Training Squadron (AFSAT), 17th Training Support Squadron (17th TRSS), and the 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron (338 SCONS) will host an Industry Day, 12 July 2018. The goal of the exchange is to provide industry with requirements information and solicit feedback for Intelligence/C4ISR-related skills training for international partners within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS).

This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The information requested by this special notice will be used for informational and planning purposes of Industry Day. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government.

It is anticipated the type of contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity. For purposes of this special notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512, Flight Training, and the small business size standard is $27.5 Million in annual gross receipts.

The scope of this requirement includes intelligence/C4ISR-related skills training for international partners at CONUS and OCONUS locations. All instructions and technical information shall be in the English language and in some instances will be conducted in both English and Spanish, if required. Course development may be conducted at multiple classification levels to include UNCLASSIFIED, FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO), CONFIDENTIAL, AND SECRET. Training events may be conducted at multiple locations and at multiple classification levels.
