Step Up To The Microphone With Confidence
Representing yourself and your organization to the media and other external audiences is an essential leadership skill. Yet even the most seasoned professionals and executives can be intimidated when it comes to speaking in public. Curriculum Through hands-on experience, participants in this workshop will develop the self-confidence to overcome their anxiety and become more effective communicators, leaders and agency advocates. Participants in this workshop will explore the nature of media relations, practice public speaking in a safe environment and leave with materials and tactics that will enable them to refine this important skill.
