2011 Authentic Leadership Summit

Don’t Miss It! The 2011 Authentic Leadership Summit has been scheduled for October 17 and 18 at Piedmont Virginia Community College. This event builds on the success of our 2010 inaugural event, offering even more breakout sessions along with leadership simulations and abundant opportunities for networking.

Partnering with PVCC as our Host Sponsor provides the Summit with more meeting space, ample parking and easier access from all areas of our region, as well as the opportunity to offer continuing education units (CEUs) to participants.

Along with an exciting lineup of breakout sessions, this year’s participants will enjoy two Keynote Addresses and a thought-provoking Leadership Simulation session:

* Rick Greentree, Organizational Development Consultant with Dominion Resources, will welcome participants with his Keynote Address at Monday’s opening session.
* Dr. Kerstin M Soderlund, Associate Dean for Student and External Affairs at the Jepson School of Leadership at the University of Richmond, and Gail White, Program Manager of Customized Training for Workforce Services at Piedmont Virginia Community College, will lead a special leadership simulation session exploring the issues of culture and power in our society.
* The closing Keynote Address will feature Chic Thompson, Fellow at the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School, the Federal Executive Institute and the Brookings Institution. For more information on this year’s Summit, including Course Descriptions and Speaker Bio’s, we encourage you to visit our website.

Don’t wait! Register before February 14 and pay only $150 for the entire two-day event – that’s 40% off the regular registration fee!

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you on October 17 and 18.
